if you love the hulk you might have tryed training to be like him or super man or as fats as flash,we all have that in us, its probaly not even possible ,but hey we can push the human limits some where further this way,so here are some super hero workouts,i will keep coming back and posting more on this blog so keep a look out, one workout per super hero , reach new limits or remain the same.

5 rep, Clean and press ,with Ten pounds plus your Body weight
10 rep, ATG squat with 315 Pounds
20 rep,225 pound bench press
40 rep,handstand pushups
80 Burpees
160 Pullups
320 Pushups
Run 1 Miles
